Sponsor a Bus

Many schools and nonprofit organizations are in need of transportation financial aid to help get their kids safely to and from the arena. Would you consider making a donation to help us fill more buses? Your donation allows us to provide more groups with the opportunity for an all-inclusive night of fun with the Texas Legends!

Testimonials:

Thanks to Texas Legends Care, Soto Elementary students are exposed to an array of new experiences. They have a great time cheering on the Texas Legends and participating in the many interactive activities at the Dr. Pepper Arena. For some of our students, this is their first time attending an event of this scale. We are very thankful for the chance to expose our students to new environments and people. The value of it cannot be understated and can be seen in their smiling faces at the game.
— Perla S. Kwiatkowski, Principal at C.M. Soto, Jr. Elementary School
I have never been to a place like this before! It is sooooo cool! And huge!
— Luis, 4th grader at Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary
Some of our students have never experiences this type of event and many of them have never traveled outside of Oak Cliff, so attending the Texas Legends game is an incredible resource for broadening their world perspective. The Texas Legends bus program helps support students’ social-emotional growth, hands-on learning and enrichment for many academic concepts.
— Arturo Salazar Elementary School
Our children were treated like royalty and we cannot thank you enough for the difference you have made in our kid’s lives!
— Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary
Thank you for giving the basketball tickets to Ms. Criner. It was so fun! We could play games in the end zone next to the basketball court. The car hanging from the ceiling was interesting because I thought it would fall. They gave us flags to wave during the celebration of American Heroes Day.
— Shannon Chavez, 4th grader at L.L. Hotchkiss
Allowing the Texas Legends to be a part of our community has been a rewarding experience for our families and children. Our families and children were able to experience something they had never lived and perhaps would not have had the opportunity to enjoy in their young lives. Texas Legends Care has brought a smile and a lot of hope to any children. This event has allowed children and families to see what else is out there. They saw “another part of town” (Frisco) that many do not see, they had fun at a different venue, not the same places they are used to going to have fun, and most of all, they gained an unforgettable experience that will be treasured forever. They will never forget the nice people at Texas Legends, the free food, the games and activities offered at this event, and the bus ride. Texas Legends Care allows for our children’s schema to be broadened and allows them to aspire for something better than what they may already have.
Thank you for your donation that will live with our children and families’ lives forever. You all do not realize how much of an impact you all make by allowing our community to participate in the Texas Legends Games.
— Diana C. Vargas Martinez, Leila P. Cowart Elementary Instructional Coach
Texas Legends Care is expanding horizons for Molina High School students beyond the classroom. Thanks for an incredible opportunity and experience.
— E.L. Robles, M. Ed. Assistant Principal at Moises E. Molina High School
Thank you for the tickets to go to the Texas Legends game. I wish I can do something to you. Have a great day.
— Jessica Torres, Student at L.P. Cowart Elementary School

TLC provides youth and families from low-income communities, selected through local nonprofits and schools, an opportunity to attend Legends games. Thank you, Texas Legends, for donating a block of tickets for each home game! We believe it's important that children have access and exposure to participate in community events, which bring our youth beyond the borders of their neighborhood. It's truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our attendees.
